We are located on the Foster Golf Links in Tukwila WA. It is a public course opened in 1925 and Billy Baroo's is an all-American restaurant that is open to the public.

MM Sharma has owned this business since November 2009. Our goal for Billy Baroo’s is to provide a great experience for everyone. With our large windows that overlook the golf course and fireplace, we are a perfect place for families, a group of friends, business people, couples on a date, and golfers. We take care of our beer lovers with up to 20 rotating beer taps behind the bar! We have a smoker on property for our Baby Back Ribs & Brisket. We pride ourselves on great quality food & beverage service to every guest. Our menu consists of hand formed burger patties, pasta, smoked BBQ, salads, house-made soups, weekly specials, and more!

We are busy during the summer with our beautiful patio that overlooks the golf course but we are open ALL YEAR! Our fireplace and views are exceptional no matter what month it is!

We also have a banquet room & pavilion that overlooks the golf course that is perfect for wedding receptions, celebrations of life, anniversaries, corporate meetings, birthdays, and more. Our motto is "Affordable Elegance". Your guests will enjoy our large free parking, and convenience of being close to I-5 and Hwy 405.

Our story began in 1924, when George Eddy risked it all to buy 50 acres along the Duwamish River. By February 1925, golfers from across Puget Sound were lining up to play the new Maple Grove Golf Course—just 50 cents for a full day. The clubhouse? The old Foster farmhouse, where Mrs. Eddy made sandwiches for hungry players.

What started as a nine-hole course with two epic par 6s grew to 18 holes in 1927, cementing its place as a Northwest favorite. Nearly a century later, Foster Golf Links still thrives as a place where passion for the game meets community spirit.
Our event spaces fit every occasion—from our 140-seat ballroom to our sunny pavilion for 110 guests, and intimate boardrooms for 15–50. Here, every gathering becomes unforgettable.
